Exercise Prescription & Programming

I'm looking for literature on exercise plans for individuals with POTS and if there is a significant change when exercising the upper body (i.e Arm Ergometer)

I could be mistaken, but I think the newest of edition of ACSMs GETP has a section on POTs. Nonetheless, while an arm ergometer can still be slightly beneficial, I am not the biggest fan, and I cannot imagine it would make any significant change in someone with POTS and their symptoms. I would focus on strength training with an emphasis on the lower body, along with the regular prescription of aerobic training.
