BRIEF SUMMARY
This webinar will focus on the most practical body composition assessment methods for monitoring weight loss. Participants will also learn how measurement error affects the ability to detect true changes in body composition, helping them make more confident, clinically sound decisions in practice.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  1. Identify the most commonly used body composition assessment methods for monitoring weight loss in clinical practice.
  2. Compare the strengths and limitations of each assessment method to determine the most appropriate tool for a given clinical setting.
  3. Apply practical strategies to reduce measurement error and improve the accuracy of body composition assessments.
  4. Explain how measurement error can affect the interpretation of changes in body composition over time.
